A father missed the birth of his first son after being arrested for groping a nurse on the way to the delivery room.
Police said Adam Manning sexually assaulted the nurse as she wheeled his wife into the delivery room.
The 30 year old had told the nurse she was "cute" then reached round to grab her breasts.
Police in Ogden, Utah, were called to the hospital and arrested Manning on charges of forcible sexual assault.
When later asked about his actions he said he had no idea why he carried out the assault. Police confirmed that he missed the birth of his son.
Ogden Police Lieutenant Lt. Loring Draper said Manning had looked the nurse 'up an down' after arriving at the McKay-Dee hospital and made a comment about her appearance.
'He commented on how attractive she was, how cute she was,' Draper said.
Police said Manning had first tried to touch the nurse's neck before launching the sex assault.
'After the second time, the nurse asked what he was doing,' Draper said. 'The wife responded that he was just drunk.'

Draper said it is unclear whether Manning drove to the hospital intoxicated or if he was taken there by someone else.

An amorous couple have been fined for having sex in broad daylight - in a police station car park.

Leanne Richardson, 26, and Ross Welsh, 30, had to be physically stopped mid sex act by officers from Portobello police station in Edinburgh.

They both pleaded guilty to committing a breach of the peace in the car park on 21 April and were fined £200.

Edinburgh Sheriff Court heard they were both very drunk and had met in a pub just a few hours before.

The court heard officers at Portobello police station were stunned when a woman came to the front desk and told them there was a naked man in the car park behind their building.

As the officers left to investigate, an elderly man gesticulated towards the car park and arriving there the officers saw a man performing a sex act with a woman.

Fiscal Depute Dev Kapadia said: "As soon as the police realised what was happening they requested the two to stop, but it would appear Mr Welsh did not hear them and continued. At this point police officers pulled him away from Miss Richardson."

'Sought solace'

He added: "Miss Richardson, who had her eyes closed, suddenly realised the police officers were present and got up to her feet and pulled up her clothing."

Mr Kapadia said the couple had both been drinking and were "blissfully unaware that their actions had been observed by passers-by".

Appearing for Richardson, a mother of two, solicitor Nigel Bruce said at the time of the incident she had been suffering from depression and had "sought solace in alcohol". He said she had been extremely drunk.

Defence agent for Welsh, David Taylor, said the incident occurred three days after Welsh's birthday.

He had been drinking heavily over the three days. He had planned to go to the library to access some on-line material, but could not get it until 3 pm and had "unwisely gone for more drink".

Mr Taylor said Welsh got into conversation with Richardson and in their drunken state they had gone and engaged in the disgraceful behaviour which had caused alarm to members of the public.

His client, he added, had no previous convictions and "was mortified, perhaps doubly so given the nature of the offence".

Sheriff Fiona Reith fined the couple, but said they did not need to be entered on the sex offenders register.

Wade Edwards arrived at his Apopka, Florida home in mid-afternoon to find his 16-year-old step-daughter. Unfortunately, she was in bed. Naked. With 18-year-old Julian Harp. Also naked.

So dad being a dad, he closed her bedroom door and went to load his gun. Harp quickly deduced that he'd gone from wanted to unwanted guest. But before he could get his *** in high-gear -- the recommended for this situation -- Edwards had returned, gun locked and loaded.

"He said, 'Get out, get out, get out of my house," Officer Ed Chittenden told WESH-TV. "He raised his hands and said,
'Please don't shoot, please don't shoot...'"



But Edwards, as you may have guessed, thought shooting would be a very good idea. Perhaps even therapeutic. So he began blasting away at what police politely call Harp's "pelvic area."

Alas, Dad was unable to score a direct hit on his intended testicular target. Harp was hit four times -- twice in the hips, twice in the femur, whatever that is. Wounded, but balls securely in tact, Harp managed to limp to the front yard and call 911.

Edwards confessed to the shooting, but claims it was self-defense. He says Harp leaped out at him and he was forced to shoot. But even we here at True Crime Report -- who heartily endorse the shooting of naked men found in your 16-year-old daughter's bed -- aren't buying that excuse.

Let's get this straight, Mr. Edwards. He leaped out at you, right? And in a startled moment of panic, you still managed to get off four shots at his balls?

Yet this still doesn't mean Edwards is guilty. The kid, after all, is expected to fully recover. And that's allowed him to learn a valuable lesson, namely: Never get naked at your girlfriend's dad's house, you %$#@&% moron!

So let's just say it's a teachable moment and call it a day, shall we?

من که برای فرار از تنهایی ازدواج کرده بودم، از او خواستم ساعت کارش را کمتر کند و بیشتر درخانه و کنارم باشد چراکه همه امکانات رفاهی برایش فراهم بود و نیازی به حقوق او نداشتم. اما او نپذیرفت و از من خواست اجازه دهم تا بازنشستگی*اش کار کند من هم برای حفظ آرامش زندگی*مان سعی کردم او را درک کنم. اما مدتی نگذشته بود که متوجه شدم شهلا درمیان اقوام و دوستان شایعه کرده که من خسیس هستم و همه مخارج زندگی*مان را هم او می*پردازد و... در صورتی که من هیچ نیازی به پول او نداشتم چرا که خودم درآمد کافی و زندگی راحتی دارم.

بنابراین چندی قبل به او پیشنهاد جدایی توافقی دادم که پذیرفت. اما به یکباره تغییر عقیده داد و از من خواست مهریه*اش را یکجا بپردازم بعد از آن جدا شویم. من هم پذیرفتم. اما دوباره منصرف شد و اظهار پشیمانی و ندامت کرد و از من خواست فرصت دوباره*ای برای جبران اشتباهات گذشته*اش بدهم. من هم برای حفظ زندگی*مان این بار هم اشتباهاتش را نادیده گرفتم، اما حرفهای او ثبات نداشت و دوباره بهانه*گیری*ها و ناسازگاری*هایش شروع شد و زندگی را به کامم تلخ کرد. سرانجام تصمیم گرفتم او را طلاق دهم بنابراین 124 سکه طلا آماده کرده*ام تا بپردازم و آخر عمری جان و روحم را از عذاب و استرس نجات دهم.

قاضی عموزادی نیز پس از شنیدن اظهارات پیرمرد همسر وی را برای حضور در دادگاه فرا خواند قرار است زن و شوهر درجلسه بعدی با حضور در دادگاه درباره آینده زندگی مشترک*شان تصمیم بگیرند.
