He is a selfish animal who is jealous of rich..he can't even stand someone driving mercedez or having vodka in bar... wat kinda stupid statements he makes...retard. Come on does his acts is rational? this is how a person show his anger on innocents? IRRATIONAL.
You're missing the difference between the US and third world countries. They are clearly different. The difference is that neglect in the US is much more explicit, purposeful, conscious, has a bigger influence on the rest of the world. There are other differences too. So your first analogy is refuted.

Its not intolerance to wealth, cars and having a nice drink. Its intolerance towards social evil and neglect. So your understanding of the "maniac" is fully flawed.

Last thing: when did I justify what he did? I said its society's fault, but I didn't say what he did was right. In fact, the allocation of fault to someone indicates that there is something WRONG with the act. You stooped to a new low.

Yes i accept for every henious act a social element involved in this. I don't think these incidents could be prevented unless the Gun laws rewritten.
There are many ways to prevent these types of acts which are proven scientifically. A variety of care and environmental factors could have prevented it.

Discrimination will always exist in our society until difference exist... so blaming the society and the system is useless.
You just said that changing gun laws, which is a social measure, would solve the problem. Then you say blaming society and the system is useless. Make up your mind.

And what do you mean by discrimination? Discrimination can be friendly or evil.

thanks. you are too generous sir.
No problem. I am still interested in your perspective, though you are quite far from making the case. You're clearly contradicting yourself so far, and that tells me that you either don't know what you're talking about, or that you are wrong. I'm only saying this to you because you seem to pretend to know what you're saying and to be speaking the truth. But you have not backed that claim.

we can't expect other than our mother land to treat us equally. Alien is an alien. A piece of paper never going to make someone a citizen of one nation. My point is if u r in alien world never expect to treat equally, u r going to be discriminated in terms of color/nationality/religion/race... even it conscious we can't blame them.

Maniac = A person who has an obsession with or excessive enthusiasm for something or an insane person.

No sane person would commit a crime like this for injustice, for watever reason he did i won't accept it so he is still insane/mentally ill/maniac.

no im contradicting thats ur wrong perception and im damn clear abt my views.

      let me put my points

      1) you can never blame the govt or society when u r in foreign land bcoz u r in a society which is different from ur culture/race/lang etc.
      2) u cannot bring down any results with violence watever reason u have.
      3) in my dictationary if someone kills people for any reason is called maniac that u can never refute.

look people are saying they they even tried to be his friend the roommate was saying how for the first month he would always talk to him but he would allways ignore theme.

why is so hard to accept that there are exceptions and this is one of those that this guy was just crazy maybe chemicaly in the brain or maybe just evil.

everyday people are being discriminated against why dont we see these going on, if this the justified responce to injustices than those who fight back throgh constructive ways those people there is somthing wrong with them.

And discrimination it happens all the time in the mother land.
Even in america minorities discriminate against the majority and vise versa.

This is the type of reasoning that shows I'm wasting my time with you. NO- it does not JUSTIFY his actions. It puts MORE blame on society than HIM.

            how many ways? name some.
One way is purely through the physical environment. The physical environment, such as the complexity and cleansiness of streets and buildings, is huge element in health and crime prevention.

Another is through better childhood practice. Another is through better social ideology. There are ofcourse many more.

yes it is a social measure but it isn't a social problem.
You SAID that outlawing guns will solve the problem. So you're not criticizing guns laws?

            friendly???? Friendly discrimination???? funny.
Yes, for example if Abadani tells me to shut up one day, he may be a little serious but we would also have a friendly understanding even though he only told me to shut up and no one else. Again you're refuted.

no im contradicting thats ur wrong perception and im damn clear abt my views.

what if that country says you're equal with everyone else? what if that country has stolen the land? So you can blame the US in this case?

            2) u cannot bring down any results with violence watever reason u have.
who said? why not? this is not a point, just your opinion. You give no reasons for it.

Second, its not the issue of whether the person is ALSO at fault, its who is MORE at fault.

            3) in my dictationary if someone kills people for any reason is called maniac that u can never refute.
Maniac is just a word. It does not describe the complexity of a person's personality and thought and emotions and childhood and etc. Never say never.

Particularly, you seem to admit to this fact:

If both childhood and social experiences did not discriminate against this person, this would not have happened.
Yet somehow, you go against my criticism of society. If society can prevent, but isn't, shouldn't it be criticized and even blamed? Tell me how you're not contradicting yourself here.

wat i couldn't agree on ur view is that u r blaming the society for evil things...u can't give an example for a single society which is perfect... and if there is no human perfect then the society too.

The fact that I haven't "named" a "perfect" society" doesn't mean it never existed. I never used the word perfect at all and you're just trailing off. Why would you not be willing to move forward logically on the issue?

Another logical error you make is that even if there was no "perfect" society, it doesn't mean it can't exist in the future. In fact, there are new, fully coherent and scientific psychological theories that explain and show how these things can be prevented.... its just that society (and even academia) is too far behind to acknowledge these theories.

Its the contradiction in my previous post that you're avoiding and that's the key refutation of you. The fact that you agree that these types of extreme acts CAN BE PREVENTED is what trips you onto your head. The fact that this act could have been prevented through social means proves that society is blameworthy. But you don't want to wrap your head around this because it would totally contradict your accusation and claim against my claim, and perhaps your personal beliefs.

i cant accept the society is responsible for cho's act. He is an menatally disturbed person which is like physical disability.

A perfect Society will never exist in future too unless humans are genetically modified.

yes i accept ur view...but surely not in cho's case.

                          Was he born mentally disturbed?

The reason why I said I'm wasting time with you is because you accused me of something illogical and stupid. Be careful in your reasoning at least when you accuse others of something (here that I am "justifying" the guy's actions, which does NOT logically derive from the fact that society is MORE to BLAME). This type of thinking is one of the biggest problems in the world.

every individual is part of society. and society's rules govern individuals' lives. the fact that he was not born mentally ill shows that society, whether parents, education, laws, environment, or a combination of these, is at fault. that is what I am saying and you seem to agree, yet you say "don't blame society".

Also, admitting that there are other factors at play contradicts your own notion that only the individual should be blamed. So there you have it indian_blues, you went to far with your conclusion. You're overly obsessed with blaming the individual and you've showed it here.

buddy, you accused me of something, and of something false. there is nothing in my argument that "justifies" his actions. this was due to your own problems and obsessions in reasoning. I didn't do that to you. don't do it again.
