Dates for Group E of the 2006/07 European Cup

Real Madrid's first Champions League match will be played on 13 September against Olympique Lyonnais in France. The Whites first home match will take place on 26 September against Dynamo Kiev. The last match of the group stage will be a visit to the Ukrainian team on 12 December.

Ten Real Madrid players called up by their national teams

With Matchday 1 of the Spanish League over, there will be an 11-day stoppage during which various Madridistas will participate in international friendlies or qualifying matches for the 2008 European Championship. While these games will allow players to reach top form, those who will be participating with the European national teams have a lot at stake.

Over the next week, 10 Real Madrid players will be playing in matches with their respecitve national teams.
