Keith Urban: Nicole Is a 'Ray of Sun'

To get a sense of Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman's marriage, give his new album a listen.

"There's a handful of songs on the record that were inspired by her and by the way my life changed when we met – so much for the better," Urban tells the German magazine Stern in a new interview. "She was a good ray of sun in my life. I didn't intend to write any songs about her. I just wrote, and obviously what was coming out was how I was feeling."

The record, Love, Pain & the whole crazy thing, was released while Urban was undergoing a 90-day treatment for alcohol addiction. He left rehab this month, and credits Kidman for helping him handle the ordeal.

"We've gone through a lot in the last three months," he says, "and I think it's been the strength of our marriage (that) has carried both of us through."

Urban dismisses rumors that surfaced while he was in rehab that he'd had an affair with a lingerie model while he and Kidman were dating.

Urban and Kidman on Dec. 27

"I know and God knows where my heart is at," Urban says. "I waited 39 years before I got married. It means everything to me to be married. Like everybody, I really want to do it only once. I'm very loyal in that respect, and committing to somebody means once that ring is on, I'm gonna stay."

The country singer says he and Kidman, both 39, would also love to have children – "when the time is right." For now, he's itching to get back on stage.

"I spent six months working on an album, and you know, I was in rehab when the record came out," he says. "So I am really looking forward to finally performing."

Web Site Exposes Paris Hilton's Personal Belongings

Think you've seen enough of Paris Hilton?

A new Web site called Parisexposed.com reveals there's so much you didn't know about The Simple Life star.

Launched Tuesday, the site offers up everything from steamy videos of the hotel heiress in bed and the tub to bank statements and pictures of her dog.

Hilton had once kept all these items in a storage facility, but they were auctioned off after she failed to pay her bill. The belongings are now in possession of the Web site operator, who's making them available for $39.97 – not so discreetly billed to Visa or MasterCard as "Online Exposed."

And although not happy to see her personal belongings paraded on the Internet, Hilton hasn't unleashed the lawyers – yet.

"We are looking into it," says her rep Elliot Mintz, "and Paris is reserving all of her legal options."

        Nicole Kidman in Car Accident

Nicole Kidman was briefly hospitalized in L.A. early Thursday after a stunt car crashed into a light pole on the set of her movie The Invasion, police said.

She suffered no serious injuries and was scheduled to return to the set later Thursday.

"There was an accident involving a rigged camera vehicle on the set of The Invasion Wednesday night in Los Angeles," Warner Bros. said in a statement Thursday. "Nicole Kidman was in the vehicle at the time of the accident and was taken to the hospital for evaluation. She was released shortly thereafter."

No other actors were involved. According to police, a total of eight people were brought to the hospital and later released. The studio said two crew members suffered minor injuries.

"The production took the appropriate steps following the incident to ensure the safety of the cast and crew," the studio said in the statement.

The accident occurred shortly before 12:25 a.m. in downtown Los Angeles. An ambulance was sent to the scene, but not needed.

"There were no life-threatening injuries," the Los Angeles Fire Department said in a statement. "They conducted a medical exam but the persons involved sought their own medical attention."

Kidman's husband, Keith Urban, was on set at the time, photos show. Earlier in the day, Kidman's children Isabella, 14, and Conner, 11, were on the set, but had left before the accident.

COVER STORY: Tyra Banks Speaks Out About Her Weight

On her hit show America's Next Top Model, Tyra Banks has always stressed the importance of body confidence – but it still hurt when tabloids ran an unflattering photo of her in a bathing suit under headlines that screamed, "America's Next Top Waddle" and "Tyra Porkchop."

Now, for the first time in an exclusive interview with PEOPLE, Banks, 33, is publicly discussing her much-buzzed-about weight gain. "I get so much mail from young girls who say, 'I look up to you, you're not as skinny as everyone else, I think you're beautiful,' " she says. "So when they say that my body is 'ugly' and 'disgusting,' what does that make those girls feel like?"

As for how Banks feels about her own 5'10" body – which she says is at 161 lbs. these days, about 30 lbs. heavier than when she landed on the cover of Sports Illustrated's swimsuit issue in 1997 – she says: "I still feel hot, but every day is different. It's when I put on the jeans that used to fit a year ago and don't fit now and give me the muffin top, that's when I say, 'Damn!' "

In other words, yes: She has put on weight, though not nearly as much as those recent tabloid stories suggested. (Banks believes the pix were snapped at an unflattering angle.) "She has a very womanly, gorgeous body that goes up and down," says her good friend Heidi Klum.

In fact, Banks says that since she retired from modeling in 2005, the number on the scale has fluctuated from 148 lbs. to 162 lbs., depending on how well she is taking care of herself. "I feel more comfortable when I'm lighter – I sleep better, I snore less, I have more endurance when I work out, my arms look better," she admits.

Still, she isn't freaking out about wearing size 32-waist jeans or about "the fat roll" she claims to have on her back. (Her biggest source of figure angst is her size-DD breasts, which she says make it hard to find clothes that fit: "I would love for them to be a size and a half smaller.")

But, she adds, "I've made millions of dollars with the body I have, so where's the pain in that? If I was in pain, I would have dieted. The pain is not there – the pain is someone printing a picture of me and saying those (horrible) things."

In fact, it appears that by adding a little padding, Banks the businesswoman has earned a bit of credibility: Her talk show is now entering its second season, and the most recent season of Top Model delivered its strongest ratings ever. "(TV execs) think it's better when I'm at 155 lbs. – at 145, they feel I'm not as relatable," she explains.

Besides, Banks is having a lot more fun these days eating the pancakes off a friend's plate at IHOP than trying to fit into designer sample sizes. Of course, if someone would come up with a miracle cure for cellulite, she's not above admitting she'd be first in line. "I think every woman," she says, "would want to do something about their cellulite!"

Gwyneth Paltrow to Kids: 'Sorry I'm Not Britney'

Gwyneth Paltrow faced an unexpectedly tough audience at the Sundance Film Festival on Wednesday – a room full of children in Saturn's Read Across America tent.

As Paltrow was being introduced as a very special guest, one of the kids piped up: "Is it Britney Spears?" Taking the comment in stride, Paltrow laughed and said, "I'm sorry I'm not Britney Spears, but I'll work on my dance routine."

Paltrow, a mother of two, won over the crowd by leading them in a rousing impromptu sing-along of "Consider Yourself" from the musical Oliver!

Next, she pulled out the Dr. Seuss book One Fish Two Fish Red Fish Blue Fish – "my daughter's favorite," she said. It also seemed to be a favorite of the 52 second graders, who had come from McPoland Elementary school in Park City, Utah, decked out in Cat in the Hat hats.

The 34-year-old actress, who was in Park City to promote her film The Good Night directed by her brother Jake, also talked to the kids about the importance of reading.

"If we can't read and don't enjoy it, life isn't as interesting," she said. "When you read a book, you can use your imagination, you have a picture in your head. I love to read."

Judging by the reaction to her reading, Paltrow earned herself some new young fans. When she asked, "Who's going to sit on my lap?" she was greeted with excited squeals and the sound of "Me! Me! Me!" as the kids gathered around her.

A night for a queen and a dream(girl): SAG Winners

At the 13th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards, Jennifer Hudson and Helen Mirren added to their trophy collections, while a few first-time winners were clearly surprised – and grateful.

A Golden Globe winner who's getting used to standing at the podium, Dreamgirls' best supporting actress Hudson thanked the Screen Actors Guild for "noticing little old me."

Accepting for best ensemble in a TV drama, Grey's Anatomy's Ellen Pompeo said, "It's worth mentioning the members of our cast who aren't here." After naming Isaiah Washington, she begged her castmates: "I'm drawing a blank, please help me!" (Washington, who's in rehab, also got a shout-out from best actress in TV drama winner Chandra Wilson.)

A visibly moved best film actor winner Forest Whitaker (for Last King of Scotland) said, "Everybody tells me not to get carried away, 'cause I get carried away sometimes, but whatever. I'm really happy to receive this award."

Surprising no one, Helen Mirren took her second trophy (known as an Actor) of the evening, for The Queen. But she admitted that when she first signed on to play H.R.H., "I saw those sensible shoes and tweed s***ts laid out in a row, and I cried." She had first won for Elizabeth I.

When road-trip comedy Little Miss Sunshine won for best cast in a motion picture, star Greg Kinnear joked, "I'd like to thank the engineers at Volkswagen for making such a beautiful vehicle back in 1969 that is so comfortable, so safe."

Ellen DeGeneres: Portia Is 'My Perfect Fit'

Ellen DeGeneres says she's been happy in relationships before – but not the kind of happy that she feels with Portia de Rossi.

DeGeneres, who is set to host the Academy Awards on Feb. 25, tells The Advocate in its new issue that she's reached a different level of contentment with her actress girlfriend of two years.

"I could say the same thing I've said in every relationship: 'I'm happy.' But there's happiness and there's love, and then there's completion," the Emmy-winning talk-show host says. "It doesn't take away from any of the relationships that I've had, 'cause I've had amazing relationships. ... But I feel like I found my perfect fit."

DeGeneres, who turned 49 Friday, and de Rossi, who will be 34 on Wednesday, began dating in late 2004.

One key to their happiness, says DeGeneres, is that they learn things from each other. "She's taught me lessons about myself, and I feel like I've taught her," says DeGeneres. "We've both changed and grown, and we just feel like, 'Oh, OK, this is completion.' "

In September 2005, de Rossi told The Advocate that her relationship with DeGeneres was "very loving, peaceful," adding, "I really feel not alone for the first time in my life."

In the new interview, DeGeneres also reveals how jazzed she is to be hosting the Academy Awards. "There's a nervousness, but there's also an excitement," she says. "You want to do your best, naturally, but it's also just letting it happen once you're out there."

The hosting gig means she won't get to walk the red carpet with de Rossi. But actually, that's okay, says DeGeneres: "When we're together and she's in her heels, I always feel like Tom Cruise next to Nicole Kidman."

Brandy Faces Wrongful Death Lawsuit in Car Crash

The parents of the woman killed in a car accident involving R&B singer Brandy filed a $50 million wrongful death lawsuit Tuesday against the former Moesha star.

The suit, filed by Ahmed Aboudihaj and Zohra Labridi, alleges "Brandy was driving recklessly" when she struck their daughter.

On Dec. 30, Brandy rear-ended 38-year-old Awatef Aboudihaj, a mother of two, on a Los Angeles freeway, causing a chain reaction which ultimately killed the Moroccan immigrant, police say.

At the time of the accident, Aboudihaj was on her way to one of two waitress jobs she held, according to her widow, Hdidou Marouane, 32, an L.A. sales manager.

On Monday, investigators recommended that Brandy be charged with misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter without gross negligence. The L.A. City Attorney is reviewing the case.

If charged and convicted, Brandy, 27, faces up to one year in county jail.

"The accident was a terrible tragedy and Brandy's heart goes out to Awatef Aboudihaj's family," Brandy's rep said in a statement. "But for legal reasons we cannot comment on this lawsuit."

Police: Lane Garrison Drunk, on Drugs in Fatal Crash

Prison Break actor Lane Garrison had cocaine and more than twice the legal blood alcohol level in his system after a fatal car crash last month and should be charged with felony vehicular manslaughter, police said Wednesday.

Garrison, 26, was involved in an accident that killed a 17-year-old male passenger. Two 15-year-old girls, who were also in the car, were both injured – one critically.

Beverly Hills police turned over the case to the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office, but no decision has been made about whether Garrison will be prosecuted.

"We're reviewing it now," says DA spokeswoman Jane Robison.

At a press conference Wednesday, Beverly Hills police said Garrison's blood alcohol level was .20 percent – more than two times California's .08 percent limit. He also had an undisclosed amount of cocaine his system, according to a blood test.

Police recommended that he be charged with gross vehicular manslaughter with an enhancement for causing injury or death to more than one victim. Police also recommended he be charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

If convicted of the most serious charge – gross vehicular manslaughter – he faces 10 years in state prison. The other charges would add additional years to the term.

On Dec. 2, Garrison, who plays "Tweener" on the FOX jailhouse drama, was driving his Land Rover SUV with three teen-aged passengers when the vehicle struck a tree at 11:52 p.m.

Police reported at the time that Garrison displayed "symptoms of alcohol intoxication" and said they found alcohol containers in the SUV, which was registered to him.

In an interview with PEOPLE, Garrison's attorney, Harland Braun, denounced police for announcing the drug and alcohol test results before showing them to him and before the DA made a decision on charges.

"It's a perversion of the system," he says. "It's a police trial."

After the accident, the attorney had said the actor had a margarita with dinner but was not driving under the influence and was knocked unconscious in the crash. Braun also had pointed to a possible problem with the brakes.

Asked if he stuck by that account, Braun said, "He had one margarita and then a couple of drinks at (a) party, and that's what he remembers. I want to see the scientific evidence."

Braun has said Garrison met the teens that night at a grocery store, where they invited him to attend a party. At the time of the accident, he said, the group was leaving the gathering and Garrison was driving them back to the store.

Lindsay Lohan Backs Out of Upcoming Movie

Lindsay Lohan, who entered rehab last month, has backed out of an upcoming movie, A Woman of No Importance, her rep confirms to PEOPLE.

"She doesn't want to just yes everyone and compromise herself anymore," says her publicist, Leslie Sloane. "If anything has been learned, it's that what she needs comes first – and right now she needs focus."

Currently Lohan is working on I Know Who Killed Me, which had to halt filming for a short time when she had surgery to get her appendix removed, and then later entered the Wonderland Center in Los Angeles.

Rather than jumping from movie to movie, Lohan plans to take it easy for a few weeks, according to Sloane, who adds: "It's a mature thing to do. ... She's doing this so she can focus on getting better." (TMZ.com first reported on her decision.)

However, that doesn't mean that the actress won't be working. She has upcoming commitments to do publicity for her film, Georgia Rule.

A Woman of No Importance stars Annette Bening, with whom Lohan was scheduled to work on Freaky Friday – until Bening bowed out of the role that was eventually played by Jamie Lee Curtis.

"Lindsay is sad that she's unable to finally get to work with Annette, because she's a huge fan and respects her," says Sloane.

                          Farrah Fawcett Is Cancer Free

Farrah Fawcett received the ultimate gift for her 60th birthday: She is cancer free, according to her doctors.

"Her prognosis is excellent," Dr. Gary Gitnick, Fawcett's lead physician at the David Geffen School of Medicine at the University of California, Los Angeles, said in a statement, adding that Fawcett "has had a full and complete response to treatment."

The former Charlie's Angels star first revealed her condition in October. In her statement on Friday she said, "This is an extraordinarily happy day for me and my family. I have been on a journey for the past four months and during this time received a tremendously aggressive treatment which doctors initially warned me would be the most difficult fight of my life."

She continued, "In the face of excruciating pain and uncertainly, I never lost hope and it never occurred to me to stop fighting – not ever."

Fellow Angel Kate Jackson, who helped lend support while Fawcett was undergoing treatment, said, "I have never seen anyone go through so much with such dignity and determination. I am in awe of her strength and courage."

Fawcett's spokesman, Mike Pingel, said the actress plans to mark her birthday Friday with family and friends, and hopes to go back to work "in the next month or two."

Fawcett also said, "I hope that my news might offer some level of inspiration to others who unfortunately must continue to fight the disease."

                          Complete text of Fawcett's statement:

"This is an extraordinarily happy day for me and my family. I have been on a journey for the past four months and during this time received a tremendously aggressive treatment which doctors initially warned me would be the most difficult fight of my life. I was told they needed me to 'bite the bullet' and that would require great courage and unfailing determination. In the face of excruciating pain and uncertainly, I never lost hope and it never occurred to me to stop fighting – not ever.

"This experience has also humbled me by giving me a true understanding of what millions of others face each day in their own fight against cancer. I hope that my news might offer some level of inspiration to others who unfortunately must continued to fight the disease. So to those who are still struggling toward their own victory, stay determined, 'fight the fight' and I will keep you and your families in my thoughts and prayers.

"I am deeply grateful to my team of physicians, my loving and supportive family and devoted friends who have sustained me as I battled this terrible disease, strengthened by my faith in God and the encouragement of so many."

Kylie Minogue & Olivier Martinez Split

Australian singer Kylie Minogue and Paris-born actor Olivier Martinez have broken up after four years together, according to a statement released Friday.

"Olivier Martinez and Kylie Minogue have officially confirmed that they are no longer a couple," says the statement issued by reps for the couple. "They have made it clear that the decision to go their separate ways was mutual and amicable. The two remain very close friends."

The pop princess and Martinez are both, it says, "saddened by false [media] accusations of disloyalty."

The couple's parting follows reports that Martinez, 41, was seen with younger women in Los Angeles twice last week while Minogue, 38, remained in Britain.

The Australian entertainer is recovering from a respiratory infection, which caused her to cancel several concert dates in the UK last month. The gigs were part of her worldwide comeback Showgirl tour following her battle to beat cancer.

Minogue earlier this year credited Martinez, who appeared in Unfaithful with Diane Lane and Richard Gere in 2002, with helping her through the dark days of her breast cancer battle. She was diagnosed with the disease in May of 2005.

"He was always there, helping with the practical stuff and being protective," said Minogue, who was given the all-clear last year. "He was incredible. He didn't hesitate in canceling work and putting projects on hold so he could be with me. He's the most honorable man I have ever met."

Minogue began dating Martinez after they met at the Grammy Awards in 2003. After dining in Beverly Hills, Martinez drove her back to her hotel in his 1969 cream convertible E-type Jaguar.

Katie Holmes: I Love Calling Tom 'Husband'

In her first sit-down interview since her November wedding to Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes reports on married life – and, no surprise, the news is good.

"I have a husband and children that I adore. I have a career that I really love. When I sit back and reflect, it's – wow!" Holmes, 28, says in the March issue of Harper's Bazaar.

"I am very grateful. Tom makes me feel like the most beautiful woman in the world and has since the day I met him. I love being with him. I love calling him husband."

For her photos in the magazine's spring fashion issue, Holmes was styled by her close pal, guest fashion editor Victoria Beckham.

"Victoria has a strong sense of style – she knew the pieces she wanted Katie to wear," Bazaar editor Glenda Bailey tells PEOPLE. "Katie's style is very easy, laid-back."

The same could be said of her pregnancy with her daughter Suri, now 9 months – she had no morning sickness and no cravings besides cupcakes. "I felt so proud to be having a baby and so excited," she tells Bazaar. "And I felt closer to other women – to my sisters, to my mom. I felt empowered, like, 'I've given birth. I did it! There's nothing I can't handle.' "

Motherhood, too, has been easy to handle. "I've really enjoyed this time that I have taken to be with Suri as well as the challenges of the first couple of months: feeding and pumping, learning to decipher what each cry means – is she hungry? Is she tired? Does she need a fresh diaper? – and figuring out how to really help her."

And, although she took time off to be a mom, she also wants to make more movies. Last week, Variety reported that she had dropped out of the sequel to 2005's Batman Begins and was in talks to star in Mad Money opposite Queen Latifah.

"I have a whole new set of responsibilities," she says. "My work is very important to me. My family is very important to me. When I go to work, it will be the right thing, worth my time and worth my time away from my family."

Justin, Scarlett, K-Fed Party in Miami

Talk about worlds colliding: Two of Britney Spears's exes, Justin Timberlake and Kevin Federline, were among the star-studded crowd at Pharrell Williams's Hennessy Game Night Party in Miami after the Super Bowl.

Timberlake – escorted by security guards and accompanied by Scarlett Johansson and former 'N Syncer Joey Fatone – arrived when the party was already going strong at South Beach's lounge Mokai at 1:40 a.m. on Monday. Also at the event were celebs such as Jeremy Piven, John Legend, Tara Reid and Nicky Hilton.

The "SexyBack" singer did some table-hopping in the club's VIP area and had a brief chat with Federline, who occupied a table with Taye Diggs, Scott Storch and former football star Jamal Anderson. (Earlier in the evening Federlines Nationwide Insurance commercial made its national television debut at the Super Bowl.)
This isn't the first time Spear's exes have partied in the same city. Just last month, both Timberlake and Federline were in Las Vegas at the same time. Their paths briefly crossed then when Federline, along with Alyssa Milano, David Hasselhoff and Toni Braxton, caught Timberlake's show at the MGM Grand.

After chatting together for a while, Timberlake and Johansson, who did not appear romantic, both left after 3 a.m., while Fatone remained – even helping three girls take a photo of themselves. When one of the women posing realized who'd lent the helping hand, she gave the former 'N Syncer a big hug.
