تازه ترين فيلم لوک بسون، فيلمساز برجسته فرانسوی، وصيتنامه درخوری است که عليه جهان سياه و سفيد اطرافش می شورد و قصد برپايی جهانی زيباتر را دارد.
آنجلا که دهمين فيلم لوک بسون است شايد آخرين او باشد، چرا که پيشتر بسون اعلام کرده بود که بيش از ده فيلم نخواهد ساخت.

بسون در اين فيلم -تلخ تر از پيش- به درون جهانی گام می نهد که مناسبت ها و قواعدش سخت حقير و ناچيز به نظر می رسد. دقايق اوليه فيلم با کتک خوردن شخصيت اصلی آغاز می شود؛ يک عرب – يک غريبه- در پاريس که به دليل بدهی هايی که به بار آورده آماج حمله است. دوربين ما را با او همراه می کند. از هر سو نيروهای متخاصم به درون کادر هجوم می آورند.

ما همراه شخصيت اصلی کتک می خوريم و له می شويم. هيچ چيز رنگ ندارد. خيلی زود مرد تصميم می گيرد خودکشی کند. تمام شر و شور او برای زندگی – که در علاقه اش به زياد حرف زدن متجلی می شود- بی پاسخ می ماند. تلاش اش حکايت از دايره بسته ای دارد که رهايی از آن ناممکن به نظر می رسد(سکانس سفارت آمريکا از اين تلاش برای زنده ماندن- به هر قيمت و ترفندی- حکايت دارد). گريز و گزيری نيست.

بسون پايان جهان شخصيت اش را به وضوح رو در روی ما قرار می دهد. گرما و زنده بودن هميشگی پاريس ، اين جا رنگ می بازد. همه چيز سياه و سفيد و خاکستری است. پاريس زيبا نيست. بسون روی ديگر عروس شهرهای جهان را تصوير می کند. سردی صحنه آزارمان می دهد. شايد دوست داريم بسون دوربين اش را بچرخاند و کمی آن طرف تر، جهان پر از رنگ و نورخيابان سنت دنی را نشانمان دهد، اما بسون روی ديگر سکه را می بيند؛ جهان تلخی که با ما – اما گاه دور از چشم ما- در لايه های زيرين شهر جريان دارد.

اما گلدان "ليون" که در جهانی پر از خشونت، به شکلی شاعرانه از اميد حرف می زد، حالا ناگهان به ما چشمک می زند؛ در لحظه خودکشی، مرد دختری را می بيند که او هم در حال خودکشی است. جهان تغيير می کند. از وقتی دوربين اولين نماها را از اين زن جلوی چشم تماشاچی می گذارد، جهان رنگ ديگری می گيرد؛ يک دختر بلوند ، قدبلند و به غايت زيبا- با نام آنجلا(فرشته) که بعد هم معلوم می شود واقعاً فرشته ای از جانب خداست- رنگ جهان را عوض می کند.

دختر روس فرشته سانی که بسون برای اين نقش پيدا کرده(و اساساً بسون تخصص ويژه ای در يافتن فرشته های روسی دارد؛ از جمله ميلا يوويچ) باور پذير و دوست داشتنی است. ابتدا نمی دانيم و گمان هم نمی کنيم که او فرشته است اما حس می کنيم و می بينيم که او چگونه همه وجودش را در معشوق خلاصه می کند و جهان را برايش زيبا می کند. صحنه اعتراف صحنه دلتنگی است. مرد حالا با تمام وجود به او محتاج است، اما او فرشته ای است در پی ماموريتی که زود به پايان می رسد.

پشت ميز کافه، هر دو محتاج به نظر می رسند. نماها خالی است و هر کدام تک تک گوشه ای از کادر را پر می کنند. باقی، جهان پوچی است که آن اطراف جريان دارد و دخلی به ما ندارد. جهان در همين ميز خلاصه می شود.

بسون از تلخی نفس گير ابتدای فيلم ، ناگهان به جهان فانتزی و دوست داشتنی ای گام می نهد که در آن فرشته ای از آسمان برای عشق ورزيدن به آدمی، تنها پا به اين جهان می گذارد و عاشق می شود.

همچون زيرآسمان برلين- ديگر فيلم دوست داشتنی ای که در آن فرشته ها پا به زمين می گذارند و عاشق می شوند- عشق راز زندگی است: دختر بال هايش را از دست می دهد و می ماند تا همين جا- همين نزديکی ها- جهان اطراف ما را زيبا کند.

شايد دوست داشتيم فيلم پيش از صحنه آخر به پايان می رسيد و تلخی قصه اش را در جان و جهان ما باقی می گذاشت، اما بسون- در اين شايد آخرين فيلمش- می خواهد جهان را زيباتر کند، قصه ببافد و فرشته آسمانی اش را سخت در آغوش بکشد. و او خوب می داند که انگشت اشاره اش را به کدامين سمت بگيرد و چگونه- به مدد صحنه پردازی چشمگير، فيلمبرداری درخشان و بازی های روان- ابتدا جهانی تلخ و نفس گير و بعدتر جهانی تلطيف شده را ترسيم کند که در آن فرشته ای به مرکز ثقل جهان تبديل می شود. بسون در هر نما- با استفاده از نور و زاويه دوربين- از بازيگرش فرشته ای می سازد و ستايش اش می کند. اين است که ما هم رويا پردازی اش را دوست داريم و ستايش اش می کنيم.

كشور چين كه اخيرا پخش كارتونهاي خارجي را در ساعت پر بينندهي روز ممنوع اعلام كرده بود تا آخر سال 2006 ، 70 هزار دقيقه انيميشن تهيه ميكند.


به گزراش سرويس تلويزيون ايسنا، كشور چين كه با گذشت 8 ماه از سال تاكنون 50 هزار دقيقه كارتون توليد كرده است، سال 2005 را با توليد تنها 47 هزار و 200 دقيقه توليد انيميشن به پايان رساند.


به نقل از Abu، جين دلانگ، يكي از مقامات رسمي وزارت راديو، تلويزيون و سينماي چين (Sarft) در اين زمينه گفت: با گسترش توليد برنامههاي كارتوني، بيش از پيش توجهات جهاني به سمت توليدات چيني معطوف ميشود.


به اعتقاد وي بالا بردن حجم توليدات كارتوني،ناشي از سياستهاي صحيح دولت چين است كه اخيرا به مرحلهي اجرا در آمده است.


به گزارش ايسنا، وزارت راديو، تلويزيون سينماي چين، از اول سپتامبر 2006( 10 شهريور ماه) قانون منع پخش كارتونهاي خارجي در ساعات پربينندهي روز را به اجرا در آورده است. اين تصميم كه با هدف حمايت از توليدات داخلي در دولت چين اتخاذ شده است به شبكههاي تلويزيوني اجازهي پخش كارتونهاي خارجي در ساعت 5 تا 8 شب را نميدهد.


گفتني است sarft اجازه راهاندازي سه شبكه كارتون را در سال 2004 صادر كرده است.
