why is okay for the US and other European countries to have nuclear weapons and test them but it becomes bad for countries like iran to make them and countries like north korea to test them? if its good for some, then its good for all. the way the world is continuing, i am a bit worried about chaos and war breaking out all over the world.

i am not talking in detailed term i am talking about huanity as whole

yes their are rational sane individuals
