  • My Name is Earl Star Expecting Baby No. 4

My Name is Earl actor Ethan Suplee tells PEOPLE that he and wife Brandy Lewis will welcome their fourth daughter in April.

At Sunday's 14th Annual Diversity Awards in Los Angeles, where the show was honored as the year's favorite comedy ensemble, Suplee revealed a budding seed of envy towards costar Jaime Pressly, who recently announced that she is four months pregnant: "My wife and Jaime are pretty close (in due dates). But Jamie is having a boy and I am so jealous of that and I want nothing to do with it!"

Suplee, 30 and Lewis, 30, welcomed their daughter, Francis Clementine Suplee, last year. Plus, Lewis, whose sister is actress Juliette Lewis, has two daughters Bella and Lily from a previous marriage.

With the upcoming addition of daughter number four, "that makes four girls, which really means five girls versus me in the house," says Suplee. "It was just me trying and trying for a boy to balance out the voting system. I don't think it's going to happen."

Over his summer hiatus, Suplee and Lewis tied the knot after a long engagement lasting over a year. According to Suplee, the simple, intimate wedding consisted of "me, my wife, the baby, and our nanny."

He added: "There was a justice of the peace who came over and married us. The baby had some flowers but she was mostly just tearing them apart."

Suplee, who is a Kevin Smith favorite and appeared in Mallrats, Chasing Amy, and Dogma, currently plays Randy Hickey, the dim-witted brother to Jason Lee's title character Earl J. Hickey, on the Golden Globe-nominated show.

      • Kevin Federline Denies Sex-Tape Rumors

Kevin Federline's attorney is denying reports that Federline is trying to sell a sex tape he allegedly made with estranged wife Britney Spears.

"There is not a sex video of Kevin and Britney in existence," Federline's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, says in a statement issued Tuesday.

"It goes without saying that the stories of Kevin attempting to sell such a video are patently false and anyone who reports that they have information of such attempts is either lying or reporting the lie of someone else," the statement continues.

On Nov. 12, the British tabloid News of the World reported that Federline, who is seeking spousal support and custody of his and Spears's two sons, was trying to sell the alleged tape and had already been offered nearly $50 million.

Spears, 24, filed for divorce from Federline, 28, on Nov. 7 after two years of marriage.

The statement from Federline's attorney concludes: "It would be impossible to comment upon and correct all of the other misinformation about Kevin that appears on a daily basis and consequently no attempt has been made, or will be made, to do so. I hope that the public and media will keep this in mind before assuming accuracy of facts from Kevin's silence."

            • Angelina Jolie Makes a Surprise Visit to Cambodia

Angelina Jolie, whose son Maddox is Cambodian, on Tuesday made an unannounced visit to the country, where she is involved in conservation efforts.

Jolie, who had been filming A Mighty Heart in India, paid a brief visit to the Pailin area of northwestern Cambodia, the Associated Press reports.

She was there to meet with officials to discuss a forest conservation project for which she has promised some $1.3 million over five years.

Kong Duong, the head of Pailin information office, said the actress and her party flew in on two helicopters and stayed very briefly before flying out.

Jolie, 31, has also supported Adopt-A-Minefield's efforts in Cambodia and met with refugees there as part of her role as a United Nations Goodwill Ambassador.

She adopted Maddox, who is now 5, after filming Lara Croft: Tombraider in the country.

              • Britney 'Blindsided' By K-Fed Skit at AMAs

Though she put on a brave face at the American Music Awards on Tuesday, Britney Spears was upset by a skit that poked fun at her estranged husband Kevin Federline, sources tell PEOPLE.

"Britney was blindsided and upset," says a source familiar with the situation. "Some (of Spears's associates) were with her, and they were pissed. They asked that it not be shown on the (West Coast) feed." (The skit was indeed broadcast on the West Coast.)

In the skit, AMA host Jimmy Kimmel packed a fake K-Fed into a box and threw him into the ocean, calling the hip-hop artist a "the world's first ever no-hit wonder."

Spears was introduced just moments later to present an award to Mary J. Blige. Onstage, she betrayed no anger about the incident. Instead, she smiled and waved and told the crowd, "I'm so happy to be here."

A rep at Jive Records did not return calls. Federline's rep declined to comment. (News of Spears's reaction to the skit was first reported by E!'s Marc Malkin.)

Jimmy Kimmel said in a statement released Wednesday: "I knew they wouldn't mind because I know they both have great senses of humor."

Spears filed for divorce from Federline earlier this month after two years of marriage. Both Spears and Federline have asked for sole custody of their two sons, Sean Preston, 1, and Jayden James.

                  • Josh Groban Shares His Dating Woes

Josh Groban's new album, Awake, debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 this week, but when it comes to romance, there's no top gal in his heart.

"I'm a single guy at the moment," Groban, 25, told PEOPLE at Tuesday's American Music Awards. "And I'm dating. But it's hard to date when you're like, 'Hi. I'll see you in three months when I'm back from Europe.' "

Groban split with actress January Jones in June after three years together.

"It's my first time being single and also kind of, like, famous," he told PEOPLE. "So my b.s. meter is high. I have to make sure I meet the right people. I have a few friends they have to (be approved by to) pass the test."

Groban, who wore a velvet Juicy Couture jacket to the AMAs ("I was like, 'Wow, I can afford this!' "), has some thoughts on what makes a perfect date: "Fancy is always great. It's always nice to show you care. But there's also nothing more romantic than renting a movie and making popcorn."

                    • Leonardo DiCaprio: I'd Only Buy Diamonds for Mom

Leonardo DiCaprio may be dating Victoria's Secret model Bar Rafaeli, but he'd only buy a diamond for his mom, Irmelin.

The actor, 32, who stars in the upcoming drama Blood Diamond, about the lives that are destroyed by the mining of "conflict diamonds," was asked by reporters at a junket for the film whether he feels differently about buying diamonds since making the movie.

"Well, I don't remember the last time I have," he said. "My mom is the only person that I would buy something like that for, and for a while now she hasn't wanted one. But that isn't to say that people shouldn't buy them."

How can consumers make sure they're not buying conflict diamonds? "From my conversations with Global Witness or Amnesty International, you have to go into the stores and buy these diamonds and ask for a certificate, ask for some sort of authentication that this isn't a conflict diamond," he said. "That's one of the biggest ways that this whole process can be put to a stop."

He also said he and costar Djimon Hounsou spent a lot of time hanging out in muddy swamps while filming the movie. "We would sit there and talk about the different kinds of hot chocolates that you can get in Paris and the croissants. We'd sit there and dream like two weird women about pastries."

                      • Heidi Klum and Seal Have a Boy

Heidi Klum and her husband, Seal, have welcomed a baby boy, according to the supermodel's Web site.

Johan Riley Fyodor Taiwo Samuel was born Wednesday at 5:01 p.m. in Los Angeles. "He is healthy, beautiful and looks just like his mother," according to the post signed by Seal.

In announcing the 8 lb. 11 oz. arrival, the new dad wrote, "To our children, a brother/ To our parents, a grandson/ To my wife and I, a son/ To our family, a blessing."

The baby is the third child for the supermodel and her second with the British singer, who is also father to the couple's 1-year-old son, Henry Guenther Ademola Dashtu Samuel. Klum's 2-year-old daughter, Leni, is from a previous relationship with Formula One manager Flavio Briatore.

Klum, 33, and Seal, 43, confirmed that they were expecting another child exclusively to PEOPLE in June.

The couple began dating in February 2004, while Klum was pregnant with Leni, and married in May 2005 on a beach near the singer's home on Mexico's luxurious Costa Careyes.

From the start, Seal (real name: Seal Henry Olusegun Olumide Adeola Samuel) was like a father to Leni. "The arrival of any child brings you a lot of happiness," he told PEOPLE last year prior to the birth of Henry. "If we're lucky enough, we'll have more."

Klum, the German-born star of Bravo's Project Runway wholeheartedly concurs. In August she told Life magazine, "We want to have a lot of children. (Seal) always says that he finds me the most beautiful when I'm pregnant."

Last November, just two months after Henry was born, the proud papa told PEOPLE that he and Klum "try to spend as much time as possible together. There are days we never get out of our pajamas. We play with the kids in bed, watch TV, cook, hang out."

                            • Police: Fan Hacked Linkin Park Singer's Phone

A Linkin Park fan has been arrested after allegedly hacking into the cell-phone and e-mail records of lead singer Chester Bennington and his wife.

Devon Townsend, 27, of Albuquerque, faces federal charges on suspicion of using a lab computer to access a cell-phone company's Web site, the Albuquerque Journal reports.

Court documents allege that Townsend obtained personal phone numbers that Bennington had called and pictures he had taken with his camera phone. Authorities believe she also hacked into the e-mail account of Bennington's wife, Talinda, a former Playboy model, and has made threatening phone calls to her.

Talinda Bennington reported the security breach on the couple's Verizon Wireless online account last month, saying that she was worried about a "stalker," according to a federal affadavit. Police traced the activity to Townsend, who admitted to the online hacking and the threatening calls, the affadavit states. A search of Townsend's house then turned up Linkin Park memorabilia.

A judge has ordered electronic monitoring for Townsend, who was arrested last weekend. No court date has been set for her arraignment.

The Benningtons were married last New Year's Eve. They had a son, Tyler, in March. Chester Bennington, 30, helped form nu metal band Linkin Park in 1998, and is currently at work on a solo record.
