    • Style icon Mischa Barton might be known for seamlessly shifting from retro-cool street style and red carpet elegance, but regardless of where she’s headed, Mischa tells PEOPLE.com, “Accessorizing is oddly my favorite part of dressing up.”

It comes as no surprise then that the actress has been having fun developing her headband collection with designer Stacey Lapidus. Mischa says that she found inspiration for the hair accessories, which range from $50 to $200, in her jet set lifestyle. “I’ve been working in the likes of India, Milan, Paris, London, Montreal, L.A, and NYC,” she explains. “My style has been somewhat boho chic, which I think is a result of having traveled so extensively throughout the course of the past year.”

And she’s about to get even busier! In addition to her headband line and a collection of handbags, Barton is waiting to hear whether her pilot for the CW, A Beautiful Life, will get picked up for a series this fall. “It was a blast to film and though I’ve only seen bits and pieces [of it], I’m proud of the show and hopeful that I’ll get to shoot some more,” she says.

“Since I have an obvious passion for fashion, it was also incredible for me to be offered a role that’s immersed in the industry.” Check out Mischa’s collection, available now at staceylapidus.com.

      • Get ready to see Scrubs star Sarah Chalke in a stylish new light, as she swaps the hospital for the glam life of a 30-something socialite in the miniseries Maneater, which kicked off this week on Lifetime.

Inspired by Sarah’s on-screen plan to land a man by following a list of life-rules, Vaseline Aloe Fresh is launching its own playful take on the show’s premise with The Rules for Skin Season.

The series of vignettes — starring Sarah herself — will highlight a few fun and funny ways to get skin set for summer. Sarah also shares her top ten warm-weather skin tips. Our favorite? “Grind up some strawberries for a fresh summer scrub,” she says. “The seeds will wash away dead skin.”

        • Victoria Beckham might appear in almost nothing in her steamy Emporio Armani ads, but she was back to her fashionista self at the unveiling yesterday at Macy’s Herald Square in New York City. Sticking to Emporio Armani, Posh struck a pose with her 20-foot sexy banner ads in a black fitted tuxedo jacket with black jet beaded shoulders and black Swarovski crystal beaded leggings.

Fans from all over crowded the main floor of the famous department store to catch a glimpse of Victoria in the flesh.

Although this is the second time she got down to her skivvies for Armani, the fashion star wouldn’t take a peek at her giant ad.

“It probably would have freaked me out a bit,” she tells WWD. “I don’t often do photo shoots like this. It’s great that when I am 60 years old with however many children, I am lucky enough to have by then, I can say, ‘Well, I looked good.’” And she sure does! Check out more of what Victoria has to say about getting (almost) naked in the video below.

              • After award shows, it's always fun to look at the red carpet fashions and divide up the looks into "Best" and "Worst" categories. But at Sunday's MTV Movie Awards, the stars didn't give us much we could file under "Best."

Yeah, it's MTV and it's summer, so wild looks and short s***ts are to be expected, but the garish colors and unflattering designs would be out of place any time, any where. So we may have to grade on a curve.

                • Sex and the City’s Miranda ended the the show’s six-season run with a lesson in the real meaning of love — and it looks like her character’s charitable spirit hit home with Cynthia Nixon, who has just announced that she is teaming up with Curel for the second time, to launch the “Share the Gift of Caring” campaign to benefit the Red Cross.

Curel has already donated $250,000 to the initiative, which raises money to help victims of disasters in this country and around the world. And with you’re help they plan to raise $10,000 more — on their dime.

                              • After landing on the cover of The Daily this weekend, it was only a matter of time before we spotted budding model Christine Staub on the runway. Christine finally took to the catwalk during Rebecca Minkoff’s ready-to-wear presentation, yesterday, in front of a star-studded crowd including Gerard Butler, Lauren Conrad, Michelle Trachtenberg, and, of course, her mom Real Housewives of New Jersey star Danielle Staub. With mom and her little sister (and Bravo’s camera crew) there to support her, Christine looked like a pro in her white asymmetrical dress and sky-high booties from Rebecca Minkoff’s spring 2010 collection.
