No , James Duffy firmly condemns Hitler in this book. He has a great aversion to Hitler. you can find information about scandals of Nazi generals , this book is completely fair.
in the first page , Duffy wrote "To the men and women who lost their lives in the struggle against Adolf Hitler" it means he does not like Hitler.
there is achapter about hitler's oath , as u know he had a famous oath . Duffy says many german officers cooperated with the most evil man in history by repeating ... ( the oath) , he calls hitler ' the most evil man in history' , so this book is fair.

oh great, I'll keep that in mind, though I meant something else. something I read was about deception and how strong personalities can sometimes be deceptive. like I think Churchill or one of Hitler's other enemies came out of a meeting with him and said he was enchanted. but it was all deception. and there are people in everyday life who have strong personalities and are able to deceive other people because of it. sometimes the deception might be good for all I know but sometimes like in the case of Hitler perhaps it was bad, though I don't believe he was intrinsically evil just that his beliefs were so out of whack that it lead him to evil actions. anyway, this is the argument people use against any strong personality now like the "persian" version, that its just deception like Hitler was.
